Plant were grown in soil under HL-conditions (PFD = 300 μmol⋅m-2⋅s-1) in the long-day. Samples were harvested in the middle of the light period. The data represent the mean ± SE (n = 5). A statistical analysis of the data is contained in Doc S2, Table 8.
