HPLC chromatograms of 2AB-labeled oligosaccharides isolated from breast milk (top), urine (middle), and amniotic fluid (bottom) from the same subject. Peaks are identified as (1) 2′-fucosyllactose, (2) 3-fucosyllactose, (3) difucosyllactose, and (4) 6′-sialyllactose based on standard retention times as well as offline mass spectrometric analysis.
