A population of FluoZin-3 localizes to the cytosol. HC11 cells were stained with SpiroZin2 or FluoZin-3 with and without pluronic. Fluorescence images in each channel were acquired 5 min post treatment with 5 μM pyrithione/20 μM ZnCl₂. Quantification reveals that SpiroZin2 does not localize to the cytosol but the cytosolic localization of FluoZin-3 depends on the presence of pluronic. Scale bar, 5 μm.
