Bcl3-increased proliferation of OC cells is mediated by PD-L1. Cell proliferation of SKOV3 (A) and OVCAR3 (B) cells was measured by CellTiter 96 One Solution cell proliferation assay in cells transfected with control or Bcl3 overexpression plasmids, measured in the presence of PD-L1 neutralizing antibody, or control IgG1.
