The experiments were performed in triplicate, with one representative data set displayed in A and C. The bar graph data in B and D represent the mean ± S.D. for the triplicate. Statistical analysis of the bar graph data in B and D shows p < 0.05 when CSE in solution is compared with the buffer control and p < 0.005 when heparin (HP) in solution is compared with the buffer control.
