Carrier cells sustain oncolysis and OMV replication and spread in the presence of anti-serum. A BOECs and Jurkat cells were infected with MV-Edm-GFP at an MOI of 2 for 4 h. These carrier cells were then mixed with A549 cells at a ratio of 1:1 and co-cultured for another 72 h in the presence of anti-serum. The viability of the A549 cells was tested by MTT assay. Results are presented as means ± SDs. Similar results were obtained in two independent experiments; ***P < 0.001. B BOECs and Jurkat cells were infected with MV-Edm-GFP at an MOI of 2 for 4 h. These carrier cells were then mixed with A549 cells at a ratio of 1:5 and co-cultured in the presence of anti-serum.
