Dynamic eicosanoid production profiles in response to stimulation for 120 min. Changes in eicosanoid production of samples pre-incubated with the vehicle (DMSO), GPX4 activator 102 (125 μM), the 5-LOX inhibitor Zileuton (1 μM), and a combination of 125 μM compound 102 and 1 μM Zileuton. Change in production was defined as the normalized concentration of eicosanoid relative to that in the control set (vehicle, 120 min) multiplied by 100%. Absolute amounts of eicosanoids formed and standard error of means are given in Supplementary Figures S4, S5.
