For continuous variables (Age, CNA burden), quantiles [50th percentile (25th percentile, 75th percentile)] were presented. p-values were determined by Wilcoxon rank sum test for continuous variables and Fisher’s exact test for categorical variables. The number of patients in each category and its proportion were presented. In ER-expr, PR-expr and Her2-expr, only the number of positive cases were presented.
