GSKJ4 amplifies miR-146a expression under Escherichia coli (E. colia)-stimulation in macrophages. Raw264.7 cells were pre-treated with or without GSKJ4 (4 μmol/L) for 1 h, followed by stimulation with E. colia (107 CFU/mL) for 24 h.
