GSKJ4 suppresses the expressions of inflammatory cytokines under LPS-stimulation in macrophages. Raw264.7 cells were pre-treated with or without GSKJ4 (4 μmol/L) for 1 h, followed by stimulation with LPS (100 ng/mL). The mRNA expression levels of MCP-1 (A), CCL5 (B), IFN-β (C), IL-6 (D), TNF-α (E), and IL-23a (F) in Raw264.7 were determined by quantitative PCR at different time.
