Excerpts from a 4D OCT movie acquired with a volume rate of 10 Hz and isotropic transverse sampling enabled by constant linear velocity spiral scanning (protocol #4 in Table 1). Excerpts show pupil constriction of a healthy subject in response to light stimulus. The focus of the imaging system was near the subject’s iris. Time stamps in seconds are shown for each frame.
