Glucocorticoids increase transcript levels of LEDGF/p75 and CLU in PCa cells. Cells were treated every 24 hours with 10 nM Dex for up to 48 hours. Untreated (U) cells were used as controls. Total RNA was extracted from MDA-PCa-2b, 22Rv1, PC3, and DU145 cells. Results from at least 3 independent qPCR experiments revealed LEDGF/p75 and CLU transcript levels increased in MDA-PCa-2b (A), 22Rv1 (B), and PC3 (C) cells exposed to 10 nM Dex. LEDGF/p75 and CLU transcript levels decreased in DU145 (D) cells. Unpaired t-test statistical analysis was used to assess statistical significance (^*p < 0.05, ^***p < 0.001, ^****p < 0.0001).
