Dexamethasone modulates PCa cell migration. Phase contrast images of scratch wound healing assays used to measure the migration of PC3 and DU145 cells were captured with an Olympus IX70 microscope. PC3 and DU145 cells treated with 10 nM Dex or untreated controls at 0 and 24 hours after the scratches were made at the same point. Unpaired t-test statistical analysis revealed that treatment with 10 nM Dex increases PC3 cell migration (A) but decreases DU145 cell migration (B). Scale bar = 200 µm; (^**p < 0.01, ^****p < 0.0001).
