HR, heart rate, LF, low frequency; HF, high frequency; PSD, power spectral density. The “Human (Task force)” column refers to parameters established by the Task Force (Malik et al., 1996). The “Human” column corresponds to the bands we found for humans. “Window size” refers to the typical window size used for PSD analysis. The frequency bands for the different mammals are based on Malik et al. (1996); Thireau et al. (2008), Behar et al. (2018), and the window size for the mouse is based on Thireau et al. (2008).
