EAU rats were treated with hAECs or vehicle solution (BSS) by subretinal injection on day 0 and day 6 after immunization and sacrificed on day 12 and day 18 after immunization (the peak and stable stage of the disease, respectively). The MCP-1 (A), IFN-γ (B), IL-17 (C) and IL-10 (D) cytokine levels in the aqueous humor were then determined by ELISA in different groups. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001; ns, no significance.
