The expression of AOS2 (A), OPR3 (B), MYC2 (C), PR1a (D), LoxD (E), CaM6 (F) ACS6 (G), ERF1b (H), and LRR22 (I) genes in response to systemin in leaf tissues. Values represent mean ± sd (n = 9) from three independent biological replicates and three technical replicates. Expression is presented relative to expression level of each gene after normalization to the Actin gene. The multiple comparisons were calculated by two-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni post-hoc test (P < 0.05; Supplemental File 1).
