CTRP9 causes autophagy by activating the signaling pathway of AMPK/mTOR in foam cell. A–E, Foam cells were incubated with or without Compound C (10 μM) before the addition of CTRP9. According to the Western blot, the relative protein levels of p-AMPK, p-mTOR, LC3 II, and p62 were analyzed, respectively.
