Limit of detection analysis for target genes. BRAF, KRAS and NRAS were successfully identified across three repeats at 5.4% EAF. PDGFRA was identified across three repeats at 11% EAF. Varying exons of KIT and PIK3CA demonstrated different LODs within the same gene (5.4 and 11%). Bullet indicates variant detected at expected allele frequency.
