Effect of various concentrations of hyperoside on inhibiting Aβ1–42-induced damage in bEnd.3 cells.
3-(4,5-Dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide assay was used to detect the viability of bEnd.3 cells. Results were measured as optical density at 490 nm and presented as the mean ± SEM, and analyzed by one-way analysis of variance followed by Tukey's multiple comparison post hoc test.
