Results of statistical models to assess the association between measures of taxonomic composition (Unweighted UniFrac, Weighted UniFrac and Bray-Curtis distance metrics) and metabolic measures, including HFF, BMI z-score, waist circumference, and HOMA-IR (homeostasis model of insulin resistance).
