CX-4945 decreases cell viability of HuCCT1, EGI-1, and Liv27 CCA cell lines in dose-dependent manner (IC50 of 7.3, 9.5, and 9.4 μM, respectively) (A). CX-4945, only at higher doses and longer exposure, increases caspase 3/7 activity of all three cell lines (B). CX-4945 significantly decreased the colony-forming ability of HuCCT1 and EGI-1 cells (IC50 of 3.8 and 1.6 μM, respectively) (C).
