β-Catenin protein, acetylation, and activity levels increase during osteogenesis. β-Catenin protein levels in C3H cells increase during osteogenesis, reaching significance at day 7 (D7) (A). After 7 days of osteoinduction, cells had increased levels of acetylated β-catenin as shown by immunoprecipitation (IP) (B) along with an increase in β-catenin activity as shown by luciferase assay (C).
