Notes: In CS, most of eyes detected no bacteria (79.3%), while in MG, Staphylococcus made up the majority (56.1%). Between two groups, positive isolation rate of bacteria was remarkably higher in MG than CS, as well as Staphylococcus epidermidis. *P<0.05.
