All parameters were dichotomised into low and high levels by the median, immuno-reactive score (IRS_KLK4: 6.6; IRS_KLK5: 5.0; IRS_KLK6: 3.5; IRS_KLK7: 4.5; IRS_MSN: 4.6; IRS_KRT19: 7.5).
