Inhibition of EUS EMG activity includes the duration of EUS bursting. WAY100635 (0.3 mg/kg iv) was given after 8-hydroxy-2-(di-n-propylamino)-tetralin (8-OH-DPAT; 0.5 mg/kg iv).
