Culture plan. Tissue pieces of 1 mm³ were placed in wells of a 24-well plate inside Millicell inserts (Millipore – CM cell culture Inserts) half-soaked in 300 μl of culture media. A total of 20 tissue fragments were cultured per culture media, one per timing and per patient.
