The concentration of each nanoparticle sample was 1 mg/mL. DPBS (Dulbecco’s phosphate buffered saline) was the negative control. 5% SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) was the positive control. PVP (polyvinyl pyrrolidine) is a coating.
