Immunohistochemical localization of tight junction proteins in cryosections of the retina. Anti-claudin immunoreactivity is clearly present in the NFL (a,c), ZO-1 is present also at the outer limiting membrane. In (c) axons are labeled for the neurofilament- associated protein 3A-10.
