NTRK gene fusions in CNS malignancy. A depiction of NTRK gene fusions in various primary CNS malignancies [4], [5], [71], [124], [128], [134], [135], [136]. NTRK gene fusions have also been identified in CNS metastases from extracranial solid tumors, including lung, breast, and melanoma. In this case, NTRK is used as an illustrative example of the breadth of gene fusions that have been identified in CNS malignancies.
