The 25 most significant transcripts (Log2FC ≥1.0 or ≤-1.0) induced by Pc were matched against the SA and MeJA treatments. Genes induced by either phytohormone were contrasted against those induced by Pc to identify which infection-induced genes were SA or MeJA linked.
