Effects of CAA on the expression of adipogenic genes in 3T3-L1 cells. Post-confluent 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were differentiated in the absence or presence of CAA for 8 days. mRNA expression levels of (A) PPARγ, ADD1, LPL and (B) C/EBPα, AP2 and FAS were measured using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis.
