Effects of caspase inhibition on the viability of cells cotreated with CPT and 3-MA. NSCLC H1299 cells were pretreated with or without the pan-caspase inhibitor Z-VAD-FMK (50 µM) for 2 h, and were then treated with 0.5 µM CPT and 0.5 mM 3-MA for 24 h.
