ISL1 contributes to cell invasion of triple-negative breast cancer cells. (A) Compared with cells transfected with control siRNA, the number of invading cells was decreased in MDA-MB-231 cells transfected with ISL1 siRNA. (B) Compared with the cells transfected with pcDNA3, the number of invading cells was increased in MDA-MB-231 cells transfected with pcDNA3-ISL1. (C) Compared with cells transfected with control siRNA, the number of invading cells was decreased in MDA-MB-468 cells transfected with ISL1 siRNA. (D) Compared with cells transfected with pcDNA3, the number of invading cells was increased in MDA-MB-468 cells transfected with pcDNA3-ISL1. **P<0.01. siRNA, small interfering RNA; ISL1, Islet 1.
