Immuno-electron microscopy staining for La protein in cells. Ultra-thin section of EBV infected (B95.8 and BL30-B95.8) and non-infected (BL30) cells were generated and stained for La using La-specific primary monoclonal antibody and 10 nm gold labelled secondary antibody. La staining was observed in the nucleus and cytoplasm of all the cells (a–f). Scale bar = 200 nm.
