Schematic of an artificial neural network (ANN), consisting of one input, one hidden and one output layer, for a system of ODEs presented in Eqs. (7-9). Input layer has only one node, while the hidden layer and the output layer are made of I and J nodes, respectively. The cap in the node sums up all the weighted inputs and feeds as total activation. For details about the ANN, readers are referred to [24, 30].
