ΔCTL protofilaments form extended bright structures in addition to dynamic clusters. A. The FtsZ variants in each of the flow cells are 2 μM FtsZ or CTL variant (6% FtsZ-Alexa488 or corresponding Alexa488-labeled CTL variant) and 2 μM C-terminal MTS fusions replacing the CTC of FtsZ or corresponding CTL variant.
