Each column is divided into four parts, depending on the IgG levels; those in the light purple section with IgG ≤ 1.0 g/l; those in the dark purple section with IgG>1.0 ≤ 3.0 g/l; those in the yellow section with IgG >3.0 ≤ 6.5 g/l and those in the orange section with IgG > 6.5 g/l.
