Effect of xanthohumol (Xn) on reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in AGS cells. (A and B) Cells were treated with different concentrations of Xn (0–20 µM) for 0, 1 and 3 h, followed by measurement of ROS levels. Representative fluorescence images were captured, and red fluorescence intensity reflected the ROS level.
