(C), Predicted tertiary structure of ACD present in ACDps of kinetoplastids, and ACD structural alignment of models inferred by Swiss Pdb-Viewer. Models were obtained from T. brucei TREU927 using SWISS MODEL, and visualized with Swiss Pdb-Viewer.
