RA-treated SH-SY5Y cells were exposed to DAPTA (20 nM), BX471 (25 nM), SB328437 (80 nM) 15 min prior to CCL5 (100 nM). Cells were lysed and induction of pAKT was determined by western blot analysis (A) as described in Materials and Methods. B.
