The generation of primary B cell responses to sFliC in the MLN, but not the spleen, are dependent upon CD103⁺cDC2. Irf4^fl/fl or Cd11c-cre.Irf4^fl/fl mice were either non-immunized (N.I.) sFliC-immunized and GC B cells (TCRβ⁻CD19⁺GL7⁺CD95⁺) were evaluated 7 days later.
