Effects of CACHD1 and α2δ-1 on CaV3.2 and CaV3.3 channels. A–D, CACHD1 significantly increased current density, as shown by representative current density traces at −20 mV for CaV3.2 (A) and CaV3.3 (C), and I–V relationships for CaV3.2 (B) and CaV3.3 (D), VH −90 mV (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni post hoc test). α2δ-1 had no effect on CaV3.2 (E) and CaV3.3 (F) I–V relationships, holding potential (VH) −90 mV. The figure is supported by analysis of effects of CACHD1 and α2δ-1 on CaV3 channel kinetic properties (Figure 7-1).
