A colorimetric proliferation assaywas used to study the effects of FLJ (A), curcumin (B) and curcuminloadedEVs (C) on oral tongue squamous cell carcinoma. PBS was usedas control. Statistical significance was determined using one-way ANOVAfollowed by a Bonferroni post-hoc test. All experiments were repeatedindependently three times and each in triplicate. Results are the means ofthe three replicate experiments±standard error. Significantly different at*p≤0.05, **p≤0.01, ***p≤0.001, and ****p≤0.0001.
