(B) GO enrichment: Different shapes indicate different types of function. Circles represent biological process; triangles represent cellular component, and squares represent molecular function. The area of the circles represents the number of DEmRNAs involved in the terms. Different colors indicate different Q-values of DEmRNAs in the GO terms between adult rats and young rats. Green represents Q > 0.10; yellow represents Q > 0.05 and Q < 0.075; orange represents Q < 0.05 and Q > 0.025; and red represents Q < 0.025. The standard of the test was set as 0.05 (n = 4 rats per group).
