Pearson’s linear correlation coefficient was calculated between SCC and relative abundances of microbial taxa on the 117 samples. Only correlations with a p-value of the linear model < 0.01 are reported. For each significant correlation, the average relative abundances of the specific taxa in REN and HF are reported.
