B: After resection of the tumor, the defect in the left humerus was reconstructed with a free vascularized fibular head graft. C: At 21 weeks after the surgery, bony healing was obtained without significant hypertrophy. D: At 7 months after the operation, a stress fracture occurred at the level of the proximal extreme of the plate.
