Spermatogonia (red arrow), primary spermatocytes and spermatids (blue and green arrow), spermatozoa (black arrow), and Sertoli cells (yellow arrow) were observed in the normal seminiferous tubules. Conversely, severe damage was observed in the cisplatin-induced seminiferous tubules.
