Bone marrow-derived CD11c+ DC from WT or Rictor−/− mice were adoptively transferred (5 × 106) intravenously into C57BL/6 mice 24 hr before bilateral renal IRI. After 24 h reperfusion, serum and kidneys were harvested and results compared to sham-operated mice and C57BL/6 mice not injected with cells.
