Naïve and memory CD4+ T cell distributions are related to the ZAP-70 expression in chronic lymphocyte leukemia (CLL) patients. (A–C) Frequency and (B–D) absolute number of CD4+ and CD8+ naïve and memory T cells subsets in CLL patients with and without ZAP-70 expression in comparison to age-matched healthy donors. Differences in the frequencies of naïve and absolute number of central memory T cells in the CD4+ T cell compartment were statistically significant with p-value < 0.001 and p-value = 0.008, respectively.
