MiR‐95‐5p directly targets HDAC2/8. HDAC2/8 were predicted potential targets of miR‐95‐5p. Alignment of HDAC2/8 3′‐UTR miR‐95‐5p were shown (A). A luciferase reporter carrying the 3′‐UTR of HDAC2/8 or mutant HDAC2/8 in which the binding site of miR‐95‐5p were mutated (Luc‐HDAC2/8‐UTR‐mut) was introduced into 293T cells along with negative miR‐control (NC), miR‐95‐5p.
